.Who are we?
Slough Happiness Collective is a small group of volunteers committed to spreading happiness in Slough and beyond.
Anyone who wants to spread happiness can join the Slough Happiness Collective.
What do we do?
Bring people together through playful festivals, pop-ups and workshops showing how anyone can be happier.
We run playful events, workshops, training, get-togethers and coaching to share science-based knowledge, skills and behaviours that anyone can practice to feel-good and improve their well-being.
Why do we do it?
Because we believe everyone can benefit from the science of happiness, we’ve tried it and it works!
How can you get involved?
We’d love to meet you at one of our (on-line) happiness get-togethers, festivals, pop-ups or workshops or why not take our #smile4slough challenge? join our mailing list or follow @happyslough on facebook, twitter and instagram or Eventbrite

Meet the Team
Linda Tabor-Thomas
Co-Founder & Trustee I got the ‘happiness’ bug when I trained at the Museum of Happiness as a happiness trainer. I was amazed to find that science has proven we can all make ourselves and others happier. Since forming the Slough Happiness Collective I have been blessed with so much kindness, the science has become self-evident. I am now on a mission to spread ripples of happiness across Slough and beyond. I want to help others find joy in every day. Please get involved in any way you can. |

Co-Founder & Trustee After enjoying the Action for Happiness 'exploring what matters' course, I wanted to continue interacting with like minded people who want to spread happiness in the local community. So I was happy to support my wife in setting up the Slough Happiness Collective after all, 'happy wife, happy life'! |

Co-founder & Trustee Being part of the Slough Happiness Collective is a positive and happy experience! Learning about the 'science of happiness' has been fascinating, and shown me that simple everyday actions can have a big impact on myself and those around me. We have explored themes such as how we relate to others, being more mindful, gratitude for the small things in life, self care and giving to others. This has made me more aware of my day to day interactions with family, at work and in the wider community. It's wonderful to be sharing ideas, insight and laughter with a like minded group of people who want to spread a little happiness! |

Trustee I am a naturally happy person and like to spread happiness to those around me. Slough Happiness Collective enables me to do this in a fun, playful way. The get-togethers give us a chance to really think about what makes us happy and the festivals are a great way to learn whilst having fun and meeting fascinating people. |
